Equipment Overview:

      The multi-station micro-sample creep test system is composed of creep testing machine, high temperature and high vacuum furnace, video extensometer, inflation system, water cooling system and control software。It is used for long-term creep and durability test of various materials in high temperature and high vacuum environment。The system adopts deadweight loading to ensure the coaxiality of the micro sample during loading, non-contact video extension meter to carry out creep test sample deformation inspection at each station, and German Leiobao vacuum unit (mechanical pump + molecular pump) to ensure the vacuum environment of the system。
